I have always loved words. They've been my passion for as long as I can remember. My dad saw this early on and incorporated essays and extra books into my education to help me go even further in the areas I already thrived.

I began pursuing an editing career in February 2019, two weeks before COVID began. I moved to Memphis, TN to work with the director of The Cornwall Alliance for the in an assistant role. During that time, I learned how to refine my work even further, and improved on my naturally detail-oriented skills. I worked on familiarizing myself with editing and improving my understanding of logic and critical thinking.

While I worked for The Cornwall Alliance, I attended the Center for Western Studies. This was a major time of growth. I discovered a new love for learning and built a foundation for knowledge. I gained a perspective for seeing the world, as well as the tools to better analyze and synthesize information using logic, history, beauty, and the Bible—I constructed a worldview.

My greatest goal in life is to grow my soul to a greater capacity, that I may be filled with the fullness of God (Ephesians 3:19). I want to hold, and therefore give, more of Christ’s love and beauty to those around me (especially my children someday). And I’m convinced that the best way to do this is by exposing myself to as much truth, beauty, and goodness as possible. So, while I edit as a career, my greatest calling is to glorify God, and I am thoroughly enjoying it.

My husband and I live in Berks County, PA, along with a cat who hates everyone but us. We enjoy traveling and experiencing other cultures.

You might think that with my proclivities to academia, my hobbies would continue in that strain. However, I enjoy a variety of tangible activities as well. I love rock climbing, camping, and generally getting outside. And I especially love making meals for friends and family, and hosting new people. Hospitality is how I share with others the blessing I have received.
